This section will guide you through a self-installation of the monitoring software and should only be conducted if you were instructed by your case manager. Please follow all instructions to ensure proper credit.

1. Read and comply with the Disclosure and Notice of Incompatibilities provided in the "Pre-Installation Set Up" section.

2. If you have a Windows Vista Operating System, it is mandatory that you follow all instructions provided in the "Pre-Installation Set Up" section.

3. Make sure you have received your case number as it will be necessary to complete the installation. This is the number provided to you by your case manager. If you were emailed by your case manager, it is the number contained in the email. If you do not know your case number, you must contact your case manager before continuing.

4. Download and print the Installation Instructions for [Internet Explorer] [Mozilla Firefox]

5. Watch Installation Video.

6. If you experience a problem during installation, please document your concerns and have your case manager contact PCM with details or write to install@kellycounseling.com.
