1. Go to the Start Menu and click All Programs > McAfee > McAfee Personal Firewall Plus.
   
   
   
2. Click the "Internet Applications" Option along the left. Then click "New Allowed Application."
   
   
   
3. Navigate to the windows folder (Normally on the C: Drive). Once in the windows folder, open the system32 folder.
   
   
   
4. Locate the file name "WMPROC" or "WMPROC.exe" and double click on it.
   
   
   
5. Once again click "New Allowed Application."
   
6. Then navigate to folder "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\pse7."
   
   
   
7. Locate the file name "rnappp7" or "rnappp7.exe" and double click on it.
   
8. Click the Red "X" at the top right of the window to close it.
