Patricia M. Kelly, PhD has been providing counseling and mental health services for more than thirty years. Over this time, she has worked with individuals, couples, small groups, and families focusing on relationships, depression, anxiety, grief and loss while supporting clients who are making difficult and life impacting decisions. As a psychologist, Dr. Kelly is well aware of the potential for self-awareness and healthy choices that can emerge or be strengthened through the confidential dynamic and context of counseling. 

Dr. Kelly is licensed in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and Virginia and provides services through online meetings. She completed her undergraduate work at Rosemont College and her Doctorate in Clinical Developmental Psychology at Bryn Mawr College. She is the founder and president of Kelly Counseling & Consulting, LLC.
